Lifting Services means the lifting the Vessel or any Owner Property at the Marina by ABP;

Lifting Services means the lifting services including, the lifting by Travel Left, slipway, crane or other method of the Vessel from the water, lowering the Vessel into the water for the purpose of inspecting or hard standing the Vessel in the Hardstand Area or elsewhere within the Marina as the case may be.

Lifting Services means the services set out in Item 6 of the Schedule, provided by GCCM to the Customer under this Agreement, including: 1.20.1 for the removal of the Vessel from the waters of the Complex or the Dry Storage Facility to the Hardstand Area, or as otherwise reasonably directed by the Customer (at the Customer’s Cost); and 1.20.2 thereafter returning the Vessel into the waters of the Complex or the Dry Storage Facility or otherwise as reasonably directed by the Customer (at the Customer’s Cost).

Examples of Lifting Services in a sentence

  • Should any inspection or examination performed as part of the Lifting Services reveal defects affecting the safety of any machinery or equipment (including Lifting Equipment) it will be the responsibility of the Customer to take appropriate action which may include removing the relevant item/(s) from service and notifying its insurers.

  • Any claim related thereto shall be solely between User and the party either (1) providing to User such Lifting Services or Lifting Equipment or (2) to whom User is providing such Lifting Services or Lifting Equipment, as applicable under the circumstances.

Related to Lifting Services

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Training Services means access to Red Hat training courses, including online courses or courses provided at a site as may be agreed by the parties.

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract, such as transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor's Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre- commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc…as the case may require.

  • Processing Services means those services described herein or commonly performed under the management and direction of Bank by a Card Processor or Credit Processor which are necessary to manage a Program and process transactions in accordance with Applicable Law. Such services shall include but shall not be limited to: set-up and maintenance of a Program and Cards, transaction authorization, processing, clearing and Settlement, System access, Card Services, Credit Services, Cardholder dispute resolution, collections, System compliance, regulatory compliance, security and fraud control, and activity reporting.

  • Hosted Services means any cloud-based services, hosted service (including hosted services relating to the Licensed Software), software as a service, or other Internet or network-based services provided under the Agreement.
