Lien Search Reports. Lender shall have received satisfactory reports of UCC (collectively, the “UCC Searches”), tax lien, judgment and litigation searches and title updates conducted by the companies issuing the Title Insurance Policy with respect to the Collateral, Guarantor, Borrower and the Member, such searches to be conducted in each of the locations required by Lender.
Lien Search Reports. Lender shall have received satisfactory reports of Uniform Commercial Code, tax lien, bankruptcy and judgment searches (subject to all Permitted Encumbrances) conducted by a search firm acceptable to Lender with respect to the Property, Guarantor and each Borrower, such searches to be conducted in such locations as Lender shall have requested.
Lien Search Reports. Buyer or Buyer’s counsel shall have received, as reasonably requested by Buyer, satisfactory reports of UCC, tax lien, judgment and litigation searches and title updates conducted by search firms and/or title companies acceptable to Buyer with respect to the Eligible Loan, Mortgaged Property, Seller and Mortgagor, such searches to be conducted in each location Buyer shall reasonably designate.
Lien Search Reports. The Agent shall have received satisfactory reports of UCC, tax lien, judgment and litigation searches with respect to the Borrower and each of the other Loan Parties in each of the locations requested by the Agent.
Lien Search Reports. Agent shall have received satisfactory (i.e., showing no Liens other than Permitted Liens) UCC searches, together with tax lien, judgment and litigation searches conducted in the appropriate jurisdictions by a search firm acceptable to Agent with respect to the Properties, Borrower, and the Company as Agent shall require (collectively, the "UCC Searches").
Lien Search Reports. Lender shall have received satisfactory reports of UCC, federal tax lien, bankruptcy, state tax lien, judgment and pending litigation searches conducted by a search firm reasonably acceptable to Lender. Such searches shall have been received in relation to Borrower, and certain members of the Borrower Control Group. Such searches shall have been conducted in each of the locations designated by Lender in Lender's reasonable discretion.
Lien Search Reports. Lender shall have received satisfactory reports of UCC (collectively, the “UCC Searches”), federal tax lien, bankruptcy, state tax lien, judgment and pending litigation searches conducted by a search firm reasonably acceptable to Lender. Such searches shall have been received in relation to each Borrower and each equity owner in each Borrower, the Operating Lessee and each Manager. Such searches shall have been conducted in each of the locations designated by Lender in Lender’s reasonable discretion and shall have been dated not more than fifteen (15) days prior to the Closing Date.
Lien Search Reports. Lender shall have received satisfactory (i.e., showing no Liens other than Permitted Encumbrances (excluding clause (ii) thereof)) reports of UCC (collectively, the "UCC Searches"), tax lien, judgment and litigation searches with respect to the Substitute Property conducted by a reputable search firm with respect to the Collateral, each Borrower and the predecessor in interest for the Substitute Property, such searches to be conducted in each of the locations set forth on Exhibit S attached to the Loan Agreement.
Lien Search Reports. The Administrative Agent shall have received copies of personal property Lien, tax and judgment Lien searches received by the Company prior to the Closing Date, which shall not reveal the existence of any Liens on or security interest in Collateral of the Loan Parties other than (i) Permitted Liens or (ii) Liens as to which the Administrative Agent has received evidence satisfactory to it that the obligations secured by such Liens have been fully and finally discharged on or prior to the Closing Date.
Lien Search Reports. Lender shall have received satisfactory reports of UCC, tax lien, bankruptcy, judgment and litigation searches and title updates conducted by search firms and/or title companies acceptable to Lender with respect to the Collateral, each Borrower, each Guarantor and each other Borrower Control Person, and each Borrower Owner Person designated by Lender, such searches to be conducted in such locations as Lender shall require.
