File Search Reports. File search reports have been obtained from each Uniform Commercial Code filing office identified with respect to such Grantor in Section 2 hereof, and such search reports reflect no liens against any of the Collateral other than those permitted under the Credit Agreement.
File Search Reports. Attached hereto as Schedule 4(A) are true copies of file search reports from the Uniform Commercial Code filing offices where filings described in Section 3.19 of the Credit Agreement are to be made. Attached hereto as Schedule 4(B) is a true copy of each financing statement or other filing identified in such file search reports.

Attached hereto as Schedule 5(A) is a true copy of a file search report from the Uniform Commercial Code filing officer in each jurisdiction identified in paragraph 2 or 3 above with respect to each name set forth in paragraph 1 above. Attached hereto as Schedule 4 is a true and accurate summary of file search reports from (A) the Uniform Commercial Code filing offices (i) in each jurisdiction identified in Section 1(a) or Section 2 with respect to each legal name set forth in Section 1 and (ii) in each jurisdiction described in Schedule 1(c) or Schedule 3 relating to any of the transactions described in Schedule (1)(c) or Schedule 3 with respect to each legal name of the person or entity from which each Company purchased or otherwise acquired any of the Collateral and (B) each filing officer in each real estate recording office identified in Schedule 7 with respect to real estate on which Collateral consisting of fixtures is or is to be located. A true copy of each financing statement, including judgment and tax liens, bankruptcy and pending lawsuits or other filing identified in such file search reports has been delivered to the Collateral Agent.

Attached hereto as Schedule 5 is a true and accurate summary of certified file search reports from (a) the Uniform Commercial Code filing offices (i) in each jurisdiction of formation identified in Section 1(a) and in each location identified Section 2 with respect to each legal name set forth in Section 1 and (ii) in each jurisdiction described in Schedule 1(c) or Schedule 3 relating to any of the transactions described in Schedule 1(c) or Schedule 4 with respect to each legal name of the person or entity from which each Loan Party purchased or otherwise acquired any assets and (b) each filing office in each real estate recording office identified on Schedule 3(a) for any Real Property Collateral. A true copy of each financing statement, including judgment and tax liens, bankruptcy and pending lawsuits or other filing identified in such file search reports has been delivered to Agent.
