Common use of Lien Search Reports Clause in Contracts

Lien Search Reports. Lender shall have received satisfactory (i.e., showing no Liens other than Permitted Liens) UCC searches, together with, to the extent available, tax and judgment searches conducted in the appropriate jurisdictions by a search firm acceptable to Lender with respect to the Real Property Assets, Borrower and General Partner (collectively, the "UCC Searches").

Lien Search Reports. Lender shall have received satisfactory (i.e., showing no Liens other than Permitted LiensEncumbrances) UCC searches, together withwith tax lien, to the extent available, tax judgment and judgment litigation searches conducted in the appropriate jurisdictions as requested by Lender, performed by a search firm acceptable to Lender with respect to the Real Property Assets, Borrower Properties and General Partner (collectively, the "UCC Searches")Borrower.

Lender shall have received satisfactory (i.e., showing no Liens other than Permitted LiensEncumbrances (excluding clause (ii) thereof)) reports of UCC searches, together with, to the extent available, tax and judgment searches conducted in the appropriate jurisdictions by a search firm acceptable to Lender with respect to the Real Property Assets, Borrower and General Partner (collectively, the "UCC Searches"), tax lien, judgment and litigation searches with respect to the Substitute Property conducted by a reputable search firm with respect to the Collateral, each Borrower and the predecessor in interest for the Substitute Property, such searches to be conducted in each of the locations set forth on Exhibit S attached to the Loan Agreement.
