Common use of Lien Search Reports Clause in Contracts

Lien Search Reports. Lender shall have received satisfactory reports of UCC (collectively, the “UCC Searches”), federal tax lien, bankruptcy, state tax lien, judgment and pending litigation searches conducted by a search firm reasonably acceptable to Lender. Such searches shall have been received in relation to each Borrower and each equity owner in each Borrower, the Operating Lessee and each Manager.

Lien Search Reports. Lender shall have received satisfactory reports of UCC (collectively, the “UCC Searches”), federal tax lien, bankruptcy, state tax lien, judgment and pending litigation searches and title updates conducted by a search firm reasonably acceptable the companies issuing the Title Insurance Policy with respect to Lender. Such searches shall have been received in relation to each the Collateral, Guarantor, Borrower and each equity owner the Member, such searches to be conducted in each Borrower, of the Operating Lessee and each Managerlocations required by Lender.

Such Lender with respect to the Collateral, FFC, FOH and FGI, such searches shall have been received in relation to each Borrower and each equity owner be conducted in each Borrower, of the Operating Lessee and each Managerlocations set forth on Exhibit V attached hereto.
