Lien Searches. The Administrative Agent shall have received the results of a recent lien search in each of the jurisdictions where assets of the Loan Parties are located, and such search shall reveal no liens on any of the assets of the Loan Parties except for liens permitted by Section 6.02 or discharged on or prior to the Effective Date pursuant to a pay-off letter or other documentation satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
Lien Searches. The Administrative Agent shall have received the results of a recent Lien search with respect to each Loan Party, and such search shall reveal no Liens on any of the assets of the Loan Parties except for Liens permitted by Section 7.3 or discharged on or prior to the Closing Date pursuant to documentation satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
Lien Searches. The Administrative Agent shall have received the results of a recent search, by a Person satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, of Uniform Commercial Code lien filings which may have been filed with respect to personal property of the Borrower and the results of such search shall be reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
Lien Searches. Promptly following receipt of the acknowledgment copy of any financing statements filed under the Uniform Commercial Code in any jurisdiction by or on behalf of the Secured Parties, deliver to the Administrative Agent completed requests for information listing such financing statement and all other effective financing statements filed in such jurisdiction that name any Loan Party as debtor, together with copies of such other financing statements.
Lien Searches. The Administrative Agent shall have received the results of recent Uniform Commercial Code and other lien searches in each relevant domestic jurisdiction with respect to all Property of the Loan Parties (except that with respect to the Real Property, such lien searches shall be limited to the Mortgaged Properties), and such search shall reveal no Liens on any of the Property of the Loan Parties, except for Permitted Liens or Liens to be discharged prior to or at the Closing Date.
Lien Searches. The Lender shall have received the results of a recent lien search in the jurisdiction of organization of each Loan Party and each jurisdiction where assets of the Loan Parties are located, and such search shall reveal no Liens on any of the assets of the Loan Parties except for liens permitted by Section 6.02 or discharged on or prior to the Effective Date pursuant to a pay-off letter or other documentation satisfactory to the Lender.
Lien Searches. UCC lien, judgment, bankruptcy and tax lien searches of Borrower from such jurisdictions or offices as Lender may reasonably request, all as of a date reasonably satisfactory to Lender and its counsel.
Lien Searches. The Administrative Agents shall have received the results of a recent lien search in each of the jurisdictions in which Uniform Commercial Code financing statements, PPSA financing statements or other filings or recordations should be made to evidence or perfect security interests in all assets of the Loan Parties, and such search shall reveal no liens on any of the assets of the Loan Party, except for Liens permitted by Section 9.3 and Liens being terminated in connection with the Closing Date listed on Schedule 6.19(a)-3 and 6.19(b)-3.
Lien Searches. The results of UCC, tax lien and judgment lien searches showing all financing statements and other documents or instruments on file against Borrower and each other Obligated Party in the appropriate filing offices, such search to be as of a date no more than thirty (30) days prior to the date of the initial Credit Extension, and reflecting no Liens against any of the intended Collateral other than Liens being released or assigned to Administrative Agent concurrently with the initial Credit Extension;

The Collateral Agent shall have received the results of a recent lien search in each of the jurisdictions in which Uniform Commercial Code financing statements or other filings or recordations should be made to evidence or perfect security interests in all assets of the Loan Parties, and such search shall reveal no liens on any of the assets of the Loan Party, except for Liens permitted by Section 7.3 or liens to be discharged on or prior to the Closing Date.
