Licensor/licensor definition

Licensor/licensor means Board of Trustees of Port of Mumbai, existing under the provisions of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963, having its registered office at Port House, Shoorji Vallabhdas Marg, Ballard Estate, Mumbai – 400001, Maharashtra, India and represented by Traffic Manager or any other officers so nominated by the Board and includes its successors and assigns.
Licensor/licensor means Board of Trustees of Port of Mumbai, a body corporate under the Major Port Trust Act.1963, by notification issued by the Government of India, acting through its Chairman, Dy. Chairman or Traffic Manager or any other officers so nominated by the Board.
Licensor/licensor means Board of Deendayal Port Authority, a body corporate under the Major Port Authorities Act, 2021, by notification issued by the Government of India, acting through its Chairman, Dy. Chairman or Chief Mechanical Engineer or any other officers so nominated by the Board.
