Lessee’s Default definition

Lessee’s Default has the meaning specified in Section 7.1 of the Deed of Trust.
Lessee’s Default both mean the occurrence of any one or more of the following events:
Lessee’s Default. Time is of the essence under this agreement and any of the following events shall constitute defaults on the part of Lessees hereunder:

Examples of Lessee’s Default in a sentence

  • Acceptance of such late charge by Lessor shall in no event constitute a waiver of Lessee’s Default or Breach with respect to such overdue amount, nor prevent the exercise of any of the other rights and remedies granted hereunder.

  • Neither a delay in the approval or disapproval of such assignment nor the acceptance of Rent or performance shall constitute a waiver or estoppel of Lessor’s right to exercise its remedies for Lessee’s Default or Breach.

  • Such increase in Base Rent shall in no event constitute a waiver of Lessee’s Default or Breach with respect to the failure to maintain such insurance, prevent the exercise of any of the other rights and remedies granted hereunder, nor relieve Lessee of its obligation to maintain the insurance specified in this Lease.

  • Such increase in Base Rent shall in no event constitute a waiver of Lessee’s Default or Breach with respect to the failure to provide the Estoppel Certificate nor prevent the exercise of any of the other rights and remedies granted hereunder.

  • Such increase in Base Rent shall in no event constitute a waiver of Lessee’s Default or Breach with respect to such failure nor prevent the exercise of any of the other rights and remedies granted hereunder.

  • Acceptance of such late charge by Lessor shall in no event constitute a waiver of Lessee’s Default or Breach with respect to such overdue amount, nor prevent Lessor from exercising any of the other rights and remedies granted hereunder.

  • Efforts by Lessor to mitigate damages caused by Lessee’s Default or Breach of this Lease shall not waive Lessor’s right to recover damages under this Paragraph 13.2. If termination of this Lease is obtained through the provisional remedy of unlawful detainer, Lessor shall have the right to recover in such proceeding the unpaid rent and damages as are recoverable therein, or Lessor may reserve the right to recover all or any part thereof in a separate suit for such rent and/or damages.

  • Acceptance of such late charge by Lessor shall in no event constitute a waiver of an Event of Lessee’s Default with respect to such overdue amount, nor prevent Lessor from exercising any of the other rights and remedies granted hereunder.

  • If Lessee fails to pay any rent due herein, or otherwise is in Default of any provision of this Lease, Lessor may, without waiver of the Default or of any other right or remedy, use, apply or retain all or any portion of the Security Deposit for the payment of any amount due Lessor or to compensate Lessor for any loss or damage suffered by Lessee’s Default.

  • The acceptance of late charges and returned check charges by Lessor will not constitute a waiver of Lessee’s Default nor any other rights or remedies of Lessor.

Related to Lessee’s Default

  • Landlord Default shall have the meaning given such term in Article 14.

  • Lease Default means any event or condition which, with the lapse of time or the giving of notice, or both, would constitute a Lease Event of Default.

  • Customer Default has the meaning set out in clause 8.3.

  • Lessee means a person who acquires the right to possession and use of goods under a lease. Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the term includes a sublessee.

  • Lease Event of Default shall have the meaning specified in Section 17.1 of the Lease.
