Legal Venue definition

Legal Venue. Any dispute arising out of this Agreement which cannot be solved amicable shall subject to Clause 28.3 (Enforceability) be subject to final and binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Danish Institute of Arbitration in force from time to time.

  • Chosen Courts has the meaning set forth in Section 9.10.

  • Ontario Court means the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.

  • Delaware Courts has the meaning set forth in Section 8.2.

  • Trial court means the court or agency from which an appeal or judicial review is taken.

  • Home jurisdiction means the jurisdiction that issued the driver's license of the traffic violator.

  • New York Court means the courts of the State of New York or the United States District Court for the Southern District of the State of New York.

  • District Court means the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.
