Non-Lead Securitization Date definition

Non-Lead Securitization Date means the closing date of any Non-Lead Securitization.
Non-Lead Securitization Date means the closing date of the Note A-2 Securitization, Note A-3 Securitization or Note A-4 Securitization, as applicable.
