Integrity Commissioner definition

Integrity Commissioner means the Integrity Commissioner appointed by Council pursuant to Section 223.3 of the Municipal Act, 2001;
Integrity Commissioner means a person appointed by Council to provide independent and consistent complaint investigation and resolution respecting the application of the Code of Conduct.
