Joint Development Botulinum Products Termination Agreement definition

Joint Development Botulinum Products Termination Agreement means the “Termination Agreement” by and between Ipsen Ltd. and Inamed Corporation dated December 20, 2005, and all amendments, exhibits, attachments, agreements, and schedules thereto. The Joint Development Botulinum Products Termination Agreement is attached to this Order and contained in Non-Public Appendix III.
