ITT System definition

ITT System means ITT Corporation (a Delaware corporation), as constituted on December 18, 1995, and those of its subsidiaries, divisions, and affiliated companies, which prior to December 19, 1995, were designated as Participating Units and Associated Companies under this Plan.
