Italian Account Bank definition

Italian Account Bank means Unione di Banche Italiane S.c.p.A., in its capacity as Italian account bank pursuant to the Cash Allocation Management and Payments Agreement;

Italian Account Bank means Unione di Banche Italiane S.p.A., in its capacity as Italian account bank, or any such other depositary institution as may be appointed pursuant to the Cash Allocation, Management and Payments Agreement;

Italian Account Bank means Banca Nazionale del Lavoro S.p.A. or, as the case may be, any other Acceptable Bank which would be subsequently appointed as Italian Account Bank pursuant to the terms of the Italian Cash Allocation, Management and Payments Agreement.
