Autism means a developmental disability significantly affecting verbal and non-verbal communication and social interaction, generally evident before age 3, which adversely affects a student’s educational performance. Other characteristics often associated with autism are engagement in repetitive activities and stereotyped movements, resistance to environmental change or change in daily routines, and unusual responses to sensory experiences. The term does not apply if a student’s educational performance is adversely affected primarily because the student has an emotional disturbance as defined in paragraph 4. A student who manifests the characteristics of autism after age 3 could be diagnosed as having autism if the criteria in this paragraph are otherwise satisfied.
Medical management technique means a practice which is used to control the cost or utilization of health care services or prescription drug use. The term includes, without limitation, the use of step therapy, prior authorization or categorizing drugs and devices based on cost, type or method of administration.
Qard means a contract of lending money whereby the borrower is obliged to repay the equivalent amount to lender.
Human being means a person who has been born and is alive.
Medical cannabis card means the same as that term is defined in Section 26-61a-102.
Drug-free workplace means a site for the performance of work done in connection with a specific contract at which the employees of the Contractor are prohibited from engaging in the unlawful manufacture, distribution, dispensing, possession, or use of a controlled substance.

Wildlife officer means any individual authorized by a participating state to issue a citation for a wildlife violation.
Medical cannabis means the same as that term is defined in Section 26-61a-102.
Passive NFE Under the CRS a “Passive NFE” means any NFE that is not an Active NFE. An Investment Entity located in a Non-Participating Jurisdiction and managed by another Financial Institution is also treated as a Passive NFE for purposes of the CRS.
Passive NFFE means any NFFE that is not (i) an Active NFFE, or (ii) a withholding foreign partnership or withholding foreign trust pursuant to relevant U.S. Treasury Regulations.
Large Workplace means a place at which on an average, 500 or more workers are employed.
Intimidating, threatening, abusive, or harming conduct means, but is not limited to, conduct that does the following:

Orientation is considered the practice of nursing in this State.
High-technology activity means that term as defined in section 3 of the Michigan economic growth authority act, 1995 PA 24, MCL 207.803.

Massive Multiauthor Collaboration Site (or “MMC Site”) means any World Wide Web server that publishes copyrightable works and also provides prominent facilities for anybody to edit those works. A public wiki that anybody can edit is an example of such a server. A “Massive Multiauthor Collaboration” (or “MMC”) contained in the site means any set of copyrightable works thus published on the MMC site.
