Commodity Account definition

Commodity Account is any “commodity account” as defined in the Code with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made.
Commodity Account means an account maintained by a commodity intermediary in which a commodity contract is carried for a commodity customer.

  • Without the prior written consent of the Collateral Agent, such Grantor shall not make or maintain any Deposit Account, Commodity Account or Securities Account except for the accounts set forth in Schedule IV hereto.
