Investment Period Termination Event definition

Investment Period Termination Event means (i) the Aggregate Outstanding Loan Balance of all Defaulted Loans minus the Liquidation Proceeds divided by the original Aggregate Outstanding Loan Balance of all Loans exceeds 8% from the Amendment Date, or (ii) the occurrence of a Rapid Amortization Event.
Investment Period Termination Event means (i) the Aggregate Outstanding Loan Balance of all Defaulted Loans minus the Liquidation Proceeds divided by the original Aggregate Outstanding Loan Balance of all Loans exceeds 8% from the Closing Date, or (ii) the occurrence of a Rapid Amortization Event.

Related to Investment Period Termination Event

  • Series Termination Date means, with respect to any Series of Certificates, the date stated in the related Supplement.

  • Final Termination Date means the last date of the final year in which the Applicant is required to Maintain Viable Presence and as further identified in Section 2.3.E of this Agreement.

  • Servicer Termination Event shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement or at any time that the Mortgage Loan is no longer subject to the provisions of the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement, any analogous concept under the servicing agreement pursuant to which the Mortgage Loan is being serviced in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Unmatured Termination Event means an event that, with the giving of notice or lapse of time, or both, would constitute a Termination Event.

  • Commitment Termination Date means the earliest to occur of (a) the Maturity Date, (b) the date the Commitments are permanently reduced to zero pursuant to Section 2.8, and (c) the date of the termination of the Commitments pursuant to Article VIII.
