Investment certificate issuer means any financial institution or person, other than a federally or state chartered bank, bank holding company, trust company or savings and loan association, or any credit union, which accepts investor funds or deposits in exchange for the issuance of investment certificates; provided, however, the term “investment certificate issuer” shall not include a financial institution or person which, as of November 1, 1985, issued only the following securities:

  • Grantor Trust Certificates Any class of commercial mortgage pass-through certificates issued under this Agreement that is designated as evidencing an interest in the Grantor Trust. The Class S Certificates and the Class VRR Certificates shall be the only Classes of Grantor Trust Certificates issued under this Agreement.

  • Residual Interest Certificate means any of the Class R-I Certificates, the Class R-II Certificates, the Class R-III Certificates or, if issued in accordance with Section 2.06, the Class R-LR Certificates.

  • Self Audit Certificate means the certificate in the form as set out in Framework Schedule 9 (Self Audit Certificate) to be provided to the Authority in accordance with Clause 17.3 (Records and Audit Access);
