Notes Documents means this Indenture, the Notes, the Note Guarantees and the Security Documents.
Senior Notes Documents means, collectively, the Senior Notes Indenture and all other loan agreements, indentures, note purchase agreements, promissory notes, guarantees, intercreditor agreements, assignment and assumption agreements and other instruments and agreements evidencing the terms of Senior Notes.
Second Lien Notes Documents means the indentures under which the Second Lien Notes are issued and all other instruments, agreements and other documents evidencing or governing the Second Lien Notes or providing for any security, guarantee or other right in respect thereof.
Senior Secured Notes Documents means the Senior Secured Notes Indenture, the Senior Secured Notes Guarantees, the Senior Secured Notes, the Intercreditor Arrangements, any supplemental indenture, any security document relating to the Senior Secured Notes and/or the Senior Secured Notes Indenture and any other document that may be entered into pursuant to any of the foregoing.
Securities Documents means all reports, offering circulars, proxy statements, registration statements and all similar documents filed, or required to be filed, pursuant to the Securities Laws.
