Interest Adjustment Date definition

Interest Adjustment Date. With respect to a Mortgage Loan, the date, if any, specified in the related Mortgage Note on which the Mortgage Interest Rate is subject to adjustment.
Interest Adjustment Date means the last day of each Interest Period.

Interest Adjustment Date. With respect to an Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, the date on which an adjustment to the Mortgage Interest Rate on a Mortgage Note becomes effective.
