Mortgage Form definition

Mortgage Form means the form, stipulated by Applicable Laws, to which these Mortgage Terms are attached or incorporated byreference.
Mortgage Form means the document prescribed by the Regulation as Form BPart 1 which makes reference to these filed standard mortgage terms and is executed by the Borrower, and includes all schedules and addenda to such document.
Mortgage Form means the mortgage form contemplated by section 114 of the Land Titles Act (Alberta) which refers to these filed standard mortgage terms and is executed by the Mortgagor and the Covenantor, if any, and all schedules and addenda attached to such form;

  • The Borrower and Covenantor hereby acknowledge receipt of a copy of this set of standard mortgage terms and, if applicable, any additions, amendments or deletions to this set of standard mortgage terms as provided in the Mortgage Form before executing or at the time of executing this Mortgage.
