Intercompany Contracts definition

Intercompany Contracts means all Company Contracts between the Company or one or more of its Subsidiaries, on the one hand, and Seller or one or more of its Subsidiaries (other than the Company and its Subsidiaries), on the other hand.
Intercompany Contracts shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 4.8(c) of this Agreement.
Intercompany Contracts means all purchase orders, contracts, agreements and other obligations between or among any of the Contributors and any of the Contributors and/or any of their Affiliates (including Newco), other than this Agreement and the Ancillary Agreements.
