Integrated mental health services and supports definition

Integrated mental health services and supports means individualized mental health services and supports planned jointly by the contractor, the enrollee, and others significant to the enrollee as appropriate, which are not regularly defined services otherwise offered by the contractor.

  • Mental health services provider means an individual, licensed or unlicensed, who performs or purports to perform mental health services, including a:
