Insurance Company or Insurance Companies definition

Insurance Company or Insurance Companies means any insurance company or companies legally qualified to issue annuity contracts in Connecticut and designated by the Bank or the Trustee as an insurer through which all or a portion of Plan assets are invested.
Insurance Company or Insurance Companies means an insurance company(ies) which is qualified to do business in the State and which validly issues an Insurance Contract.
