Plan Assets definition

Plan Assets means “plan assets” within the meaning of the Plan Asset Regulation.

Plan Assets means assets of any (i) employee benefit plan (as defined in Section 3(3) of ERISA) subject to Title I of ERISA, (ii) plan (as defined in Section 4975(e)(1) of the Code) subject to Section 4975 of the Code, or (iii) governmental plan (as defined in Section 3(32) of ERISA) subject to federal, state or local laws, rules or regulations substantially similar to Title I of ERISA or Section 4975 of the Code.

Plan Assets means “plan assets” within the meaning of the Plan Asset Regulations.

• We will have no liability to you in respect of any sold Plan Assets or for any losses that may result from such sales.

• All amounts so payable will be charged against and deducted from the Plan Assets, unless you make other arrangements with us.
