Initial Lock-Up Period definition

Initial Lock-Up Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1(a).
Initial Lock-Up Period means the period from the Effective Time to the date that is one day past the ninety (90) day anniversary of the Effective Time.
Initial Lock-Up Period means the period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on the third anniversary of the Closing Date.
