Initial Eyefly Investment. Means the portion of the initial capital contribution made by the Borrower to Eyefly in accordance with the Eyefly Operating Agreement, in an amount not to exceed $364,000.
Class B Initial Invested Amount means the sum of the aggregate initial principal amount of the Class B Certificates, which is $48,000,000 on the Closing Date, and the aggregate initial principal amount of any Additional Class B Certificates.

Asset Management Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.02.
Net Investment means (i) as it relates to the Stockholders, the total amount of Gross Proceeds raised in all Offerings; and (ii) as it relates to the Limited Partners (other than the General Partner in its capacity as a Limited Partner) the total amount of Capital Contributions.
Capital Account Distribution Date and "Income Account Distribution Date" shall mean the "Distribution Dates" set forth in the "Essential Information" in the Prospectus.
