  • de minimis amount means no more than 5 percent of the total power flows in both directions, calculated in accordance with the “5 percent test” set forth in IRS Notice 88-129.   • Initial assessed value means the assessed value, as equalized, of all the taxable property within the boundaries of the development area at the time the resolution establishing the tax increment financing plan is approved as shown by the most recent assessment roll of the municipality for which equalization has been completed at the time the resolution is adopted. Property exempt from taxation at the time of the determination of the initial assessed value shall be included as zero. For the purpose of determining initial assessed value, property for which a specific local tax is paid in lieu of a property tax shall not be considered property that is exempt from taxation. The initial assessed value of property for which a specific tax was paid in lieu of a property tax shall be determined as provided in subdivision (w).

  • RI Value means, in respect of a Reference Item and a ST Valuation Date, (i) the RI Closing Value for such Reference Item in respect of such ST Valuation Date, divided by (ii) the relevant RI Initial Value (expressed as a percentage).

  • Hurdle Amount for any period during a calendar year means that amount that results in a 5% annualized internal rate of return on the Net Asset Value of the Partnership Units outstanding at the beginning of the then-current calendar year and all Partnership Units issued since the beginning of the then-current calendar year, taking into account the timing and amount of all distributions accrued or paid (without duplication) on all such Partnership Units and all issuances of Partnership Units over the period and calculated in accordance with recognized industry practices. The ending Net Asset Value of the Partnership Units used in calculating the internal rate of return will be calculated before giving effect to any allocation or accrual to the Performance Participation Interest and any applicable stockholder servicing fee expenses, provided that the calculation of the Hurdle Amount for any period will exclude any Partnership Units repurchased during such period, which Partnership Units will be subject to the Performance Participation Interest upon such repurchase as described in Section 5.2(c).

  • Non-PO Percentage As to any Discount Mortgage Loan, a fraction (expressed as a percentage) the numerator of which is the Adjusted Net Mortgage Rate of such Discount Mortgage Loan and the denominator of which is the Required Coupon. As to any Non-Discount Mortgage Loan, 100%.
