Title Benefit Amount definition

Title Benefit Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(d).

• The Title Benefit Amount resulting from a Title Benefit shall be determined in accordance with the same methodology, terms and conditions for determining the Defect Amount with respect to a Title Defect.
