Indicator parameters definition

Indicator parameters means the measureable physical or chemical characteristics in groundwater or soil-pore moisture that are likely to be affected by hazardous waste disposal operations and are used, for comparison purposes, to assess the result of hazardous waste disposal operations at a particular waste management unit on the waters of the state.
Indicator parameters in this Order means a suite of parameters that are considered capable of providing reliable indication of a release from a landfill.
