Benchmarks shown in performance reports are for informational purposes only.
Benchmarks means aggregated data received, collected, analyzed, and maintained by Licensor or its Affiliates that does not contain any personally identifiable data, for example item statistics and average scores.
Licensor shall also not disclose to any other Licensor customers Benchmarks or other aggregated data that include (directly or by inference) any information identifying Customer or from which Customer is identifiable.
This Contract shall become effective on the date on which it is signed by the last Party and shall terminate on August 31, 2027, or upon the completion of all Benchmarks listed in Attachment A and required closeout procedures, whichever occurs first.
Subrecipient will be paid in accordance with the Contract Budget and the Benchmarks described in Attachment A.
