Index Final definition

Index Final means the Index Level as of the Final Valuation Date.

Index Final means the Official Closing Level of the Index on the Actual Exercise Date or the Expiration Date (as applicable);

Index Final means in respect ot an Index, the arithmetic average ot the Index kevel ot such Index on the Averaging Dates.

More Definitions of Index Final

Index Final means the Index Level as of the Valuation Time on any date, as determined by the Calculation Agent, subject to Conditions 20.5 and 20.6.

Index Final means, in respect of the Index, the value determined by the Calculation Agent as the arithmetical mean of the Index Level in respect of each of the 25 Averaging Dates. For the avoidance of doubt, the Index Final shall be determined by the Calculation Agent by (i) summating the Index Level for each of the 25 Averaging Dates, and (ii) dividing the resulting sum by 25; and
