Indenture Reserve definition

Indenture Reserve means (without duplication) (a) $225,000 as of the Closing Date plus (b) the amount of (i) any Indebtedness outstanding under clause (c) or clause (i) of the definition of Permitted Indebtedness and (ii) any other Indebtedness (as that term is defined in the Indenture) that is permitted under Section 4.03(a)(10) of the Indenture.
Indenture Reserve means a reserve established and maintained by Agent in an amount or amounts equal to (a) during the 30 day period preceding the date on which a scheduled payment of interest is due on the Indenture Securities, the aggregate amount of such interest and (b) during the 30 day period preceding the date on which a scheduled payment of interest is due on the Existing Notes, the aggregate amount of such interest; provided, however, that from the Closing Date until November 15, 2003, the Indenture Reserve shall be $2,500,000, from November 16, 2003 until November 30, 2003, the Indenture Reserve shall be $3,250,000, and after November 30, 2003, the Indenture Reserve shall be $4,000,000 until the payment of interest due on December 1, 2003 with respect to the Indenture Securities and the Existing Notes.
Indenture Reserve means a reserve against availability under the Advances to be implemented and adjusted from time to time by Lender based on the following:

More Definitions of Indenture Reserve

Indenture Reserve. Indenture Securities", and "Permitted Investments" and replacing them with the following definitions, respectively:
Indenture Reserve means a reserve established and maintained by Agent in an amount or amounts equal to (a) during the 30 day period preceding the date on which a scheduled payment of interest is due on the Indenture Securities, the aggregate amount of such interest, (b) during the 30 day period preceding the date on which a scheduled payment of interest is due on the Existing Notes, the aggregate amount of such interest, and (c) during the 30 day period preceding the date on which a scheduled payment of interest is due on the Supplemental Indenture Securities, the aggregate amount of such interest.
Indenture Reserve means a reserve against the Maximum Amount in the amount of $1,000,000, as of the Closing Date, as such reserve may be adjusted from time to time in Foothill's sole and absolute discretion; provided, however, that at no time shall such reserve be in an amount greater than $1,000,000.
Indenture Reserve means (without duplication) the amount of (a) any Indebtedness outstanding under clause (c) or clause (i) of the definition of Permitted Indebtedness and (b) any other Indebtedness (as that term is defined in the Indenture) that is permitted under Section 4.03(a)(10) of the Indenture.

Related to Indenture Reserve

  • Debt Service Reserve Account shall have the meaning given to it in the Depository Agreement.

  • Finance Charge Receivables means Receivables created in respect of periodic finance charges, late fees, returned check fees and all other similar fees and charges billed or accrued and unpaid on an Account.

  • Reserve Account Property shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.7(a) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

  • Reserve Account Deposit Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of (x) the excess of (i) the Specified Reserve Balance over (ii) the amount on deposit in the Reserve Account on such Distribution Date, after taking into account the amount of any Reserve Account Withdrawal Amount on such Distribution Date and (y) the amount remaining in the Collection Account after taking into account the distributions therefrom described in clauses (i) through (xviii) of Section 5.7(a).
