Inactive Debtors means, collectively, Jacavi, LLC; Distribution Concepts, LLC; Flowing Velvet, Inc.; Northern Brands, Inc.; Northern Amenities, Ltd.; Global Duty Free Supply, Inc.; and Perfumers Art, Inc.
