HSA Component definition

HSA Component means the Component of this Plan described in the “HSA Component” section.

Examples of HSA Component in a sentence

  • To participate in the HSA Component, the individual must be an HSA-Eligible Individual and shall also be subject to the additional requirements, if any, specified in the High Deductible Health Plan.

  • The HSA funding feature described in the HSA Component is not intended to establish an ERISA plan.

  • An HSA Eligible Employee can elect to participate in the HSA Component by electing to pay the Contributions on a pre-tax salary reduction basis to the Employee's HSA established and maintained outside the Plan by a trustee/custodian to which the Employer can forward contributions to be deposited (this funding feature constitutes the HSA Benefits offered under this Plan).

  • To participate in the HSA Component, the Employee must be an HSA-Eligible Individual; eligibility for HSA Benefits shall also be subject to any additional requirements specified in the HDHP.

  • In the absence of instructions to the contrary, the enclosed form of proxy will be voted FOR the nominees listed in the form of proxy, all of whom are presently members of the Board.

  • Claims relating to the HSA Component shall be administered by the HSA trustee/custodian in accordance with the HSA trust or custodial document between the Participant and such trustee/custodian.

  • An Employee can elect to participate in the Health Savings Account (HSA) Component by electing to pay the Contributions on a Pretax Salary Reduction basis to the Employee’s HSA established and maintained outside the Plan by a trustee/custodian to which the Employer can forward contributions to be deposited (this funding feature constitutes the HSA benefits offered under this Plan).

  • Class C Component The Component having such designation.

  • Principal Component The principal payment plus any interest payments that are either due after the date specified in, or are specified as ineligible for stripping in, the applicable Supplemental Agreement.

  • Class B Component The Component having such designation.

  • Corresponding Component As identified in the Preliminary Statement with respect to any Class of Non-Vertically Retained Principal Balance Certificates or Lower-Tier Regular Interest.

  • Interest Component Each future interest payment, or portion thereof, due on or prior to the Maturity Date, or if the Debt Security is subject to redemption or repayment prior to the Maturity Date, the first date on which such Debt Security is subject to redemption or repayment.

  • Original component manufacturer means an organization that designs and/or engineers a part and is entitled to any intellectual property rights to that part.

  • Structural component means a component that supports non-variable forces or weights (dead loads) and variable forces or weights (live loads).

  • Blood component means that part of blood separated by physical or mechanical means.

  • Bearing components means the bearing element, retainer, inner race, or outer race.

  • Index Component means those securities, assets or reference values of which the Index is comprised from time to time.

  • Removed Components means components of the Project or portions thereof which the Company or any Sponsor Affiliate in its sole discretion, elects to remove from the Project pursuant to Section 4.04 hereof or as a result of any Condemnation Event.

  • Class A-2 Component The Component having such designation.

  • Component means an article, material, or supply incorporated directly into an end product.

  • Facility component means any part of a facility, including equipment.

  • Class A-1 Component The Component having such designation.

  • Combination Product means (a) a product containing a Licensed Product together with one or more other active ingredients that have independent biologic or chemical activity when present alone that are sold as a single unit, or (b) a Licensed Product together with one or more products, devices, pieces of equipment or components thereof, that are sold as a single package at a single price.

  • Service Component means certain enabling Software, hardware peripherals and associated documentation which may be separately provided by Symantec as an incidental part of a Service.

  • Components means articles, materials, and supplies incorporated directly into end products at any level of manufacture, fabrication, or assembly by the Contractor or any subcontractor.
