HPMN Operator definition

HPMN Operator means a Party who is providing Services to its subscribers in a geographic area where it holds a license or has a right to establish and operate a GSM and/or 3GSM network.

"Memorandum of Understanding of GSM Association" shall mean the agreement signed by the Network Operators and/or Authorities on 7th September 1987 and the Addendum to the Memorandum of Understanding dated 24th September 1991.
HPMN Operator means a Party who is providing Services to its subscribers in a geographic area where it holds a license or has a right to establish and operate a GSM and/or GPRS network.
