Hospital Miscellaneous Expenses definition

Hospital Miscellaneous Expenses means the costs of prescribed drugs and medicines, therapeutic services and supplies incurred in respect of the Insured when he/she is Hospitalized.
Hospital Miscellaneous Expenses while hospital confined; benefits will be cover for services and supplies such as the cost of operating room; laboratory tests; x-ray examination; drugs (excluding take home drugs) or medicines and supplies.
Hospital Miscellaneous Expenses means the actual charges made by a Hospital in its own behalf for services and supplies rendered to the Covered Person which are Medically Necessary for the treatment of such Covered Person and which are not otherwise excluded under the Plan. “Hospital Miscellaneous Expenses” do not include charges for Room and Board or for professional services (including intensive nursing care) regardless of whether the services are rendered under the direction of the Hospital or otherwise.

  • Insurance Expenses means any Insurance Proceeds (i) applied to the repair of the related Leased Vehicle, (ii) released to the related Lessee in accordance with applicable law or the Customary Servicing Practices or (iii) representing other related expenses incurred by the Servicer that are not otherwise included in Liquidation Expenses or Disposition Expenses and recoverable by the Servicer under any applicable Servicer Basic Documents.

  • Reimbursable Costs means expenses incurred by the employee in the course of engaging in the planned learning activity and include registration, tuition and examination fees as well as textbooks/discs and applicable taxes. They may also include reasonable, incremental meal, accommodation and travel expenses.

  • Rehabilitation counseling services means services provided by qualified personnel in individual or group sessions that focus specifically on career development, employment preparation, achieving independence, and integration in the workplace and community of a student with a disability. The term also includes vocational rehabilitation services provided to a student with disabilities by vocational rehabilitation programs funded under the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended.

  • Company Reimbursable Costs means the actual costs and expenses incurred by Company and/or its Affiliates in connection with performance of the Company Work or otherwise incurred by Company and/or its Affiliates in connection with this Agreement, and including, without limitation, any such costs that may have been incurred by Company and/or its Affiliates in connection with the Company Work or this Agreement prior to the Effective Date.   • Graduate medical education and disproportionate share fund or “GME/DSH fund” means a reimbursement fund developed as an adjunct reimbursement methodology to directly reimburse qualifying hospitals for the direct and indirect costs associated with the operation of graduate medical education programs and the costs associated with the treatment of a disproportionate share of poor, indigent, nonreimbursed or nominally reimbursed patients for inpatient services.

  • Out-of-Pocket Expenses means expenses involving a payment to a Third Party (other than an employee of the Party making the payment).

  • Insurance Costs means the sums described in paragraph 1.1 of Part 5 of the Schedule;

  • Notice and Administration Expenses means all costs, fees, and expenses incurred in connection with providing notice to the Settlement Class and the administration of the Settlement, including but not limited to: (i) providing notice of the proposed Settlement by mail, publication, and other means to Settlement Class Members; (ii) receiving and reviewing claims; (iii) applying the Plan of Allocation; (iv) communicating with Persons regarding the proposed Settlement and claims administration process; (v) distributing the proceeds of the Settlement; and (vi) fees related to the Escrow Account and investment of the Settlement Fund.
