Hope Operating Account definition

Hope Operating Account means the interest bearing Dollar account of the Hope Borrower opened by the Hope Borrower with the Bank with account number 5000-000000-000 and includes any sub-accounts thereof and any other account designated in writing by the Bank to be the Hope Operating Account for the purposes of this Agreement;

Related to Hope Operating Account

  • Operating Account means a demand deposit account maintained at the Funding Bank in Borrower's name and designated for funding that portion of each Eligible Loan not funded by a Warehousing Advance made against that Eligible Loan and for returning any excess payment from an Investor for a Pledged Loan or Pledged Security.

  • Operating Accounts shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 4.03.A.

  • Billing Account is the checking account from which all Service fees will be automatically debited.

  • Project Account means the account referred to in Section 3.04 (a) of this Agreement;

  • Individual development account means a contract between an account holder and a fiduciary organization, for the deposit of funds into a financial institution by the account holder, and the deposit of matching funds into the financial institution by the fiduciary organization, to allow the account holder to accumulate assets for use toward achieving a specific purpose approved by the fiduciary organization.

  • Disbursement Account means, in respect of each Tranche, the bank account set out in the most recent List of Authorised Signatories and Accounts.

  • Required Repair Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.1 hereof.

  • Professional Fee Escrow Account means an interest-bearing account funded by the Debtors with Cash on the Effective Date in an amount equal to the Professional Fee Amount.

  • Expense Account has the meaning given to such term in Section 3.01(a) hereof.

  • Construction Account means the account by that name established in the FGR Subordinated Indebtedness Fund pursuant to the Second Resolution.

  • Debt Service Fund means the fund so designated in, and created pursuant to, Section 502 hereof.

  • Expense Reserve Account The trust account established pursuant to Section 10.3(d).

  • Pre-Funding Account means the account designated as the Pre-Funding Account in, and which is established and maintained pursuant to Section 7.07.

  • Debt Service Account means the Debt Service Account for General Obligation Temporary Notes, Series 2017-1 (within the Bond and Interest Fund) created pursuant to Section 501 hereof.

  • Seller Account shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble of this Agreement.

  • Client Account means the unique personalized account of the Client consisting of all Completed Transactions, Open Positions and Orders on the Platform, the Balance of the Client money and deposit/withdrawal transactions of the Client money. It is understood that the Company may use the term Trading Account or Account on its Website or communications, which shall mean your Client Account.

  • Total Fund Operating Expenses with respect to a Fund is defined to include all expenses necessary or appropriate for the operation of the Fund including the Adviser’s investment advisory or management fee under the Advisory Agreement and other expenses described in the Advisory Agreement that the Fund is responsible for and have not been assumed by the Adviser, but excludes front-end or contingent deferred loads, taxes, leverage expenses, interest, brokerage commissions, expenses incurred in connection with any merger or reorganization, unusual or infrequently occurring expenses (such as litigation), acquired fund fees and expenses, and dividend expenses, if any.

  • Class A operator means an individual who has primary responsibility to operate and maintain the underground storage tank system in accordance with applicable requirements established by the department. The class A operator typically manages resources and personnel, such as establishing work assignments, to achieve and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Lockbox Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.7.1 hereof.

  • Class C operator means the individual responsible for initially addressing emergencies presented by a spill or release from an UST system. The Class C operator typically controls or monitors the dispensing or sale of regulated substances.

  • Debt Service Reserve Account shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Depositary Agreement.

  • Management Accounts means the unaudited balance sheet of the Seller as at the Management Accounts Date and the unaudited statements of profit and loss of the Seller for the period commencing from 1st January 2007 and ended on the Management Accounts Date prepared in accordance with US GAAP and in a manner consistent with past practice, copies of which are annexed hereto as Exhibit B.

  • Class B operator means the individual who has day-to-day responsibility for implementing applicable regulatory requirements established by the department. The Class B operator typically implements in-field aspects of operation, maintenance, and associated record keeping for the UST systems.

  • Sub-Servicing Account An account established by a Sub-Servicer which meets the requirements set forth in Section 3.08 and is otherwise acceptable to the Master Servicer.

  • Railway Operation Date means the date of the first carriage of iron ore, freight goods or other products over the relevant Railway (other than for construction or commissioning purposes);

  • Participating Account a separate account investing all or a portion of its assets in the Trust, including the Account.
