  • Own Occupation means your occupation that you were performing when your Disability or Partial Disability began. For the purposes of determining Disability under this plan, Liberty will consider your occupation as it is normally performed in the national economy.

  • Any Occupation means any occupation that you are or become reasonably fitted by training, education, experience, age, physical and mental capacity.

  • Regular Occupation means the occupation you routinely perform at the time the Disability begins. We will consider the duties of the occupation as it is normally performed in the general labor market in the national economy.

  • Home occupation means an occupation permitted in a dwelling unit and which:

  • Occupation means occupation for the purposes permitted by the Planning Permission but does not include occupation by personnel engaged in construction, fitting out or decoration or occupation for marketing or display or occupation in relation to security operations and “Occupy” and “Occupied” shall be construed accordingly

  • Apprenticeable occupation means an occupation approved for apprenticeship by the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Apprenticeship.

  • Regulated occupation means an occupation in which a person is licensed, certified, or registered by one (1) of the following:

  • Passive NFE Under the CRS a “Passive NFE” means any NFE that is not an Active NFE. An Investment Entity located in a Non-Participating Jurisdiction and managed by another Financial Institution is also treated as a Passive NFE for purposes of the CRS.

  • Family or household member means spouses, former spouses, persons related by blood or marriage, persons who are presently residing together as if a family or who have resided together in the past as if a family, and persons who are parents of a child in common regardless of whether they have been married. With the exception of persons who have a child in common, the family or household members must be currently residing or have in the past resided together in the same single dwelling unit.

  • Passive NFFE means any NFFE that is not (i) an Active NFFE, or (ii) a withholding foreign partnership or withholding foreign trust pursuant to relevant U.S. Treasury Regulations.

  • Intimidating, threatening, abusive, or harming conduct means, but is not limited to, conduct that does the following:

  • Family or household members means spouses, domestic partners, former spouses, former domestic partners, persons who have a child in common regardless of whether they have been married or have lived together at any time, adult persons related by blood or marriage, adult persons who are presently residing together or who have resided together in the past, persons sixteen years of age or older who are presently residing together or who have resided together in the past and who have or have had a dating relationship, persons sixteen years of age or older with whom a person sixteen years of age or older has or has had a dating relationship, and persons who have a biological or legal parent-child relationship, including stepparents and stepchildren and grandparents and grandchildren.

  • Licensed psychologist means a doctoral level psychologist licensed under section 18223(1) of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.18223.

  • Prior Occupancy means Owner’s use of all or parts of the Project before Substantial Completion, as more fully set forth in Section 6.08 A.

  • Cohabitant means the same as that term is defined in Section 78B-7-102.

  • Noxious weed means a plant that when established is highly destructive, competitive, or difficult to control by cultural or chemical practices.

  • Passive RFID tag means a tag that reflects energy from the reader/interrogator or that receives and temporarily stores a small amount of energy from the reader/interrogator signal in order to generate the tag response.
