Your Own Occupation Period and Any Occupation Period are specified in the “Schedule of Benefits”.
With respect to this provision, "Material and Substantial Duties" means responsibilities that are normally required to perform Any Occupation, and cannot be reasonably eliminated or modified.
If this plan terminates after approval for waiver of premium, coverage will continue as if this plan continued to be in force.With respect to this provision, "Total Disability" or "Totally Disabled" means the complete inability, as a result of Injury or Sickness, to perform the Material and Substantial Duties of Any Occupation.
With respect to this provision, "Any Occupation" means any occupation that you are or become reasonably fitted by training, education, experience, age, physical and mental capacity.
The attending Physician must be able to provide objective medical evidence to support his/her opinion as to why you are not able to perform the Material Duties of your Own Occupation or Any Occupation.
