Any Occupation definition

Any Occupation means any occupation that you are or become reasonably fitted by training, education, experience, age, physical and mental capacity.
Any Occupation means an occupation normally performed in the national economy for which you are reasonably suited based upon your education, training or experience.

  • Your Own Occupation Period and Any Occupation Period are specified in the “Schedule of Benefits”.

  • With respect to this provision, "Material and Substantial Duties" means responsibilities that are normally required to perform Any Occupation, and cannot be reasonably eliminated or modified.

More Definitions of Any Occupation

Any Occupation means a position that meets all of the following criteria:
Any Occupation means any occupation that the Covered Person is or becomes reasonably fitted by training, education, experience, age, physical and mental capacity.
Any Occupation. , “Disability” or “Disabled” shall mean:
Any Occupation with respect to Class 4, means any gainful occupation that the Covered Person is or becomes reasonably fitted by training, education, experience, age, physical and mental capacity.
Any Occupation means any occupation or employment which you are able to perform, whether due to education, training, or experience, which is available at one or more locations in the national economy and in which you can be expected to earn at least 60% of your annual earnings within twelve months following your return to work, regardless of whether you are working in that or any other occupation.
Any Occupation means as follows:  with respect to Covered Persons whose primary work location is either the Employer’s Philadelphia, Knoxville or Houston site, the Covered Person’s own job or any Rohm and Haas Company bargained-for job that the Covered Person is or becomes reasonably fitted by training, education, experience, age, physical and mental capacity; or  with respect to Covered Persons whose primary work location is either the Employer’s Louisville or Bristol site, any Rohm and Haas Company bargained-for or non-bargained job that the Covered Person is or becomes reasonably fitted by training, education, experience, age, physical and mental capacity.
Any Occupation usually means the insured is unable to do any job. In some cases, with the “Any Occupation” clause, the insurer will add “unable to do any job he is qualified for by education, training, or experience.”
