High Fidelity Wraparound definition

High Fidelity Wraparound means an evidence-based process of individualized care planning for Children with complex needs and their families that proceeds through four phases and is guided by the National Wraparound Initiative.
High Fidelity Wraparound means an evidence-based, structured and team-oriented process for developing and implementing a plan to meet all of the behavioral health needs of a child with complex behavioral health issues in collaboration with the family of the child.
