  • Conservator means a person who is appointed by a court to manage the estate of a protected person.

  • Indian custodian means any Indian person who has legal custody of an Indian child under tribal law or custom or under State law or to whom temporary physical care, custody, and control has been transferred by the parent of such child;

  • Heirs means those persons, including the surviving spouse, who are entitled under the statutes of intestate succession to the property of a decedent.
