GUARANTEED ELIGIBILITY definition

GUARANTEED ELIGIBILITY means the period beginning on the Enrollee's Effective Date of Enrollment with the Contractor and ending six (6) months thereafter, during which the Enrollee may be entitled to continued enrollment in the Contractor's plan despite the loss of Medicaid eligibility as set forth in Section 9 of this Agreement.
GUARANTEED ELIGIBILITY means the period beginning on the Enrollee's Effective Date of Enrollment in the Contractor’s Medicaid Advantage Product and ending six (6) months thereafter, during which the Enrollee, who remains enrolled in the Contractor’s Medicare Advantage Product, may be entitled to continued enrollment in the Contractor's Medicaid Advantage Product despite the loss of Medicaid eligibility as set forth in Section 9 of this Agreement.

  • Guaranteed Amounts means the amounts due from time to time from the Issuer to (i) the Covered Bondholders with respect to each Series of Covered Bonds (excluding any additional amounts payable to the Covered Bondholders under Condition 9(a) (Gross-up by the Issuer)) and (ii) the Other Issuer Creditors pursuant to the relevant Transaction Documents.
