Group 1 Issuer definition

Group 1 Issuer means any Issuer which applies Issuer Available Revenue Receipts and Issuer Available Principal Receipts in accordance with the relevant priority of payments on the Payment Date falling in July, October, January and April of each year;
Group 1 Issuer means any Funding Issuer which applies Issuer Available Revenue Receipts and Issuer Available Principal Receipts in accordance with the relevant priority of payments on the Payment Date falling in July, October, January and April of each year;
