  • In addition, each Certificateholder of a Senior Certificate agrees that unless a Certificate Insurer Default exists, the rights specifically enumerated in this Agreement may be exercised by the Certificateholders of a Senior Certificate only with the prior written consent of the Certificate Insurer.
