Examples of Goose Services in a sentence

  • The user must not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, derive source code, modify, or create derivative works of the Goose Services.

  • We and our licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Goose Services, all related technology, and intellectual property rights.

  • The user is responsible for properly configuring and using Goose Services and for taking appropriate measures to secure, protect, and back up their accounts and content to ensure safety and security.

  • However, the user agrees that Goose may use their content to provide the Goose Services to the user and any End User.

Related to Goose Services

  • Related Services means the services incidental to the supply of the goods, such as insurance, delivery, installation, commissioning, training and initial maintenance and other such obligations of the Supplier under the Contract.

  • Services means those functional services ancillary to the supply of the goods, such as transportation and any other incidental services, such as installation, commissioning, provision of technical assistance, training, catering, gardening, security, maintenance and other such obligations of the supplier covered under the contract.

  • The Services means those services ancillary to the supply of the Goods, such as transportation and insurance, and any other incidental services, such as installation, commissioning, provision of technical assistance, training, and other such obligations of the Supplier covered under the Contract.
