Goods Carrying Vehicle definition

Goods Carrying Vehicle means a motor vehicle which is constructed or adapted for use for the carriage of goods or burden of any description and is not drawing a trailer;

Goods Carrying Vehicle means a motor vehicle which is constructed or adapted for use for the carriage of Goods or burden of any description the overall height of which does not exceed 2.3 metres and the overall length of which does not exceed 5.25 metres and is not drawing a trailer;

• Any person with a valid disabled persons badge and who is the Driver or passenger of a vehicle of the following classes, that is to say a Passenger Vehicle or a Goods Carrying Vehicle, may leave that vehicle in a Parking Bay in a Parking Place which is specified in Schedule 3 to this Order subject to payment of the appropriate charge and accurately setting the disabled person’s clock.

• That it may be mentioned at the out- set that the insurance policy obtained by the complainant only covers the A2 category of the Goods Carrying Vehicle and the premium has also been paid by the complainant/insured for covering of the said risk while using the Insured Vehicle in connection with his own business.

Goods Carrying Vehicle means any motor vehicle constructed and used for the carriage of goods which is not an Agricultural Vehicle. Hire Car shall mean any passenger carrying motor vehicle with not more than eight passenger seats and licensed for the carriage of passengers for hire or reward.
