Good/Services means such goods/services as may be purchased from Airtel Money retailers using E-value and the Airtel Money system.

  • Upon the occurrence of a force majeure event that affects Seller's ability to supply the total demand upon it or any Good, Seller shall allocate its available supply of such Good/Services (without obligation to purchase similar Goods from other sources) on a fair and equitable basis among Buyer and those other customers to whom Seller was contractually obligated to supply such Good/Services at the time the force majeure event arose.

  • The Contractor/Supplier shall provide all personnel, labour, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, transportation and other requirements for the timely and proper provision of the Good/Services, except as otherwise expressly set forth in this Agreement.

  • You and/or the Third Party expressly agree to the delivery or performance of the Additional Good/Services and accept the liability for payment thereof, in accordance with clause 7.1. You and/or the Third Party acknowledge that the Additional Goods/Services are not unsolicited, within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act or otherwise and that you have expressly accepted such Additional Goods/Services.

  • Rejected Good/Services shall be returned to Vendor, transportation charges collect, or promptly corrected by Vendor at Vendor’s sole cost, as applicable.

  • Exhibit A, Included Good/Services is hereby amended by deleting the second line in its entirety of the exhibit which reads, “Maximum Shipping Charge: $1.00 per mile, $50 minimum charge”.

  • Such Additional Good/Services include payment for stationery, outings or any other Additional Goods/Services required by the School to provide your Child adequately with the educational services in terms of this Agreement.

  • Food services means the preparation and serving of nutritionally balanced meals and snacks.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Financial Services Business for purposes of this Unit Agreement shall mean the business of banking, including deposit, credit, trust and investment services, mortgage banking, asset management, and brokerage and investment banking services.
