Future Program definition

Future Program means any Development activities that are directed against an oncology target other than any target to which a Drug Candidate (or any applicable Follow-On Compound with respect to such Drug Candidate) is targeted or that otherwise have oncological uses (such as the treatment, palliation, diagnosis, or prevention of cancer), in either case, and any Follow-On Compound with respect to such oncology product, performed by or on behalf of GlobeImmune (itself or with a Third Party on GlobeImmune’s behalf), including any performed by GlobeImmune’s academic and government collaborators such as those performed pursuant to any agreement set forth on Schedule A. For clarity, each Future Program Compound, and any Follow-On Compound with respect to such Future Program Compound, shall be within a distinct Future Program. [*].
Future Program means any future engine program included after the Closing Date in the Company Scope (including any such program approved by the Members for inclusion in the Company Scope pursuant to Section 5.07(g)(ii)).
Future Program means a program for qualifying, tracking, registering, certifying, accounting for, transferring, or receiving Environmental Attributes or a market for Capacity Rights that is implemented after the Effective Date.

More Definitions of Future Program

Future Program means any future business trust, limited partnership, limited liability company, joint venture or other similar business entity through which the Company conducts the Business commencing on or after the date hereof on a basis similar to the Programs, but specifically does not include the Programs or the 1993 Program.

Related to Future Program

  • Education program means any program that is principally engaged in the provision of education, including, but not limited to, early childhood education, elementary and secondary education, postsecondary education, special education, job training, career and technical education and adult education, and any program that is administered by an educational agency or institution.
