Fund Reserves definition

Fund Reserves means the amounts from time to time which the Trustees, acting reasonably, but in their sole discretion, determine are necessary or desirable: (i) to meet the current and future expenses, liabilities, commitments and obligations of the Fund; and (ii) for such other purposes as may be determined by the Trustees to be necessary or desirable for the conduct, promotion and protection of the purposes and activities of the Fund, its assets and Unitholders.
Fund Reserves means the amounts from time to time which the Trustees, acting reasonably, but in their sole discretion, determine are necessary or desirable to meet the current and future expenses, liabilities, commitments and obligations of the Trust and be necessary or desirable for the conduct, promotion and protection of the Trust, its assets and Unitholders;

  • road reserve ’ means the area contained within the statutory width of a road, and includes roadways, shoulders and sidewalks and the airspace above such roadways, shoulders and sidewalks and all other areas within the road reserve boundary;

  • Capital Reserves means, for any period and with respect to a Property, an amount equal to (a) $0.05 per square foot times (b) a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days in such period and the denominator of which is 365. If the term Capital Reserves is used without reference to any specific Property, then the amount shall be determined on an aggregate basis with respect to all Properties of the Trust and its Subsidiaries and a proportionate share of all Properties of all Unconsolidated Affiliates.

  • Operating Reserve means generation capacity or load reduction capacity which can be called upon on short notice by either Party to replace scheduled energy supply which is unavailable as a result of an unexpected outage or to augment scheduled energy as a result of unexpected demand or other contingencies.

  • Required Reserves at any time means the sum of (a) the Yield Reserve, plus (b) the Servicing Fee Reserve, plus (c) the greater of (i) the sum of the Loss Reserve Ratio and the Dilution Reserve Percentage and (ii) the Minimum Percentage, each as in effect at such time, multiplied by the Net Pool Balance on such date.

  • Interest Reserve means, for any Calculation Period, the product (expressed as a percentage) of (i) 1.5 times (ii) the Alternate Base Rate as of the immediately preceding Cut-Off Date times (iii) a fraction the numerator of which is the highest Days Sales Outstanding for the most recent 12 Calculation Periods and the denominator of which is 360.

  • Required Reserve Fund Amount With respect to any Distribution Date on which the Net Excess Spread is less than 0.25%, the amount, if any by which (a) the product of 1.00% and the Pool Balance for such date exceeds (b) the amount on deposit in the Basis Risk Reserve Fund immediately prior to such date. With respect to any Distribution Date on which the Net Excess Spread is equal to or greater than 0.25%, the amount, if any, by which (i) $1,000 exceeds (ii) the amount on deposit in the Basis Risk Reserve Fund immediately prior to such date. Provided, however, that on any Distribution Date on which the Class Principal Amount of each Class of LIBOR Certificates has been reduced to zero, the Required Reserve Fund Amount shall be zero.

  • Cash Reserve means (i) at any time after the occurrence and during the continuation of a Level One Trigger, [*] of the aggregate Investment at such time and (ii) at any other time, an amount equal to 1% of the aggregate Investment at such time.

  • Revenue Fund means the fund so designated in, and created pursuant to, Section 502 hereof.

  • Cash Management Reserves means such reserves as the Administrative Agent, from time to time, determines in its Permitted Discretion as being appropriate to reflect the reasonably anticipated liabilities and obligations of the Loan Parties with respect to Cash Management Services then provided or outstanding.

  • Targeted Accumulation Reserve Subaccount Deposit means, with respect to any Distribution Date during the Accumulation Reserve Funding Period, an amount equal to (i) [0.5]% of the Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount of the Class A( - ) Notes as of the close of business on the last day of the related Due Period or (ii) any other amount designated by the Calculation Agent on behalf of the Issuer.]

  • Surplus Fund means the fund by that name established pursuant to the Second Resolution.

  • Series Reserve Account means the Reserve Account for the Series of Bonds established in the Reserve Fund by Supplemental Indenture in an amount equal to the Series Reserve Account Requirement for such Series of Bonds.

  • Yield Reserve Percentage means at any time of determination:

  • Required Reserve means, on any day during a Calculation Period, the product of (a) the greater of (i) the Required Reserve Factor Floor and (ii) the sum of the Loss Reserve, the Yield Reserve, the Dilution Reserve and the Servicing Reserve, times (b) the Net Pool Balance as of the Cut-Off Date immediately preceding such Calculation Period.

  • Interest Reserve Account As defined in Section 3.4(d).

  • Total Reserves means, at any time, the sum of: (a) the Yield Reserve, plus (b) the greater of (i) the Concentration Reserve plus the Minimum Dilution Reserve and (ii) the Loss Reserve plus the Dilution Reserve.

  • Cash contributions means the re- cipient’s cash outlay, including the outlay of money contributed to the re- cipient by third parties.

  • Loss Reserve means, on any date, an amount equal to: (a) the Aggregate Capital at the close of business of the Servicer on such date multiplied by (b)(i) the Loss Reserve Percentage on such date divided by (ii) 1, minus the Loss Reserve Percentage on such date.

  • Proved Undeveloped Reserves means Proved Reserves which are categorized as “Undeveloped” in the Definitions.

  • Interest Reserve Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1(d).
